Chicken-Berry Gyro with Buttermilk Ranch Tzatziki

Made with Blush Wine Vinaigrette and Classic Buttermilk Ranch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup BRIANNAS Home Style Classic Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped, seeded cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1/3 cup BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup thickly sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

Directions:

  1. In bowl, combine ranch dressing, cucumber and dill; divide among 4 small dipping bowls and set aside.
  2. In large bowl, toss vinaigrette with chicken, strawberries, spinach, onions and feta.
  3. Warm tortillas per package directions and divide filling among them.
  4. Roll up stuffed tortillas; slice in half on the diagonal.
  5. Serve with the buttermilk ranch tzatziki for dipping. Serves 4.
