Fruit Salad

Healthy food for kids is easy with this fresh fruit salad. Made with lots of good stuff, including BRIANNAS Rich Poppy Seed dressing!

Ingredients:

  • 17-oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature colored marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup drained maraschino cherries, halved
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • BRIANNAS Rich Poppy Seed Dressing
  • Lettuce leaves

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except dressing and lettuce in a serving bowl.
  2. Gently add dressing to taste.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
  4. To serve, spoon salad onto lettuce-lined plates.
  5. If desired, garnish with additional maraschino cherries.
