Fruited Bruschetta with Goat Cheese

Need an easy appetizer? Here’s a bruschetta recipe that uses goat cheese for incredible flavor. And if that’s not enough, it also calls for BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic dressing!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup quartered yellow grape tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp. shallot, minced
  • 1/3 cup BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing
  • 1 – 12 ounce French bread baguette
  • 1 - 10.5 ounce goat cheese log, softened

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Stir together strawberries, grape tomatoes, minced shallot and BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing.
  3. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cut baguette in ½ ” slices.
  5. Spread bread with goat cheese.
  6. Place bread on a baking sheet, and bake 13-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  7. Remove from oven, and top with strawberry tomato mixture.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil.
