Made with Saucy Ginger Mandarin

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 can (6.1 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup chow-mein noodles
  • 1 bottle BRIANNAS Saucy Ginger Mandarin Dressing

Directions:

  1. Toss lettuce and spinach together in a serving bowl.
  2. Arrange orange segments in a circle on top.
  3. Place noodles in the center of the oranges.
  4. Drizzle with BRIANNAS Saucy Ginger Mandarin Dressing.
  5. Makes: 4 to 6 servings
