1/8-1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola (depending on preference)
1 grilled chicken breast, diced
1 12 oz. bottle BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing
Toss all ingredients in a large bowl.
Add BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing to taste, but ensure even coating.

Sometimes they're exotic with tropical fruit and meats, other times we take advantage of what's seasonal. When fall begins specific fruits like apples and cranberries are abundant, and I wanted to work those into recipes that weren't dessert or holiday related. A dash of walnuts here, sprinkling of Gorgonzola there (per my boyfriend's request) and our harvest salad was born. I recalled tasting a dressing several months back from BRIANNAS that was sweet and savory and thought it would be PERFECT on this salad.
