Pesto Caesar Salad

Made with Asiago Caesar

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups salad greens
  • 4 pesto-seasoned chicken breasts, fully cooked
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 bottle BRIANNAS Asiago Caesar Dressing

Directions:

  1. Tear salad greens into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice pesto-seasoned chicken approximately 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Mix all ingredients using only 1/2-cup Parmesan cheese.
  4. Apply BRIANNAS Asiago Caesar Dressing to taste.
  5. Top each salad serving with a pinch of the remaining Parmesan and serve with delight.
