Spinach and Fried Chicken Salad

Made with Dijon Honey Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 pound fresh spinach, stems discarded, rinsed and dried
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1 red pepper, seeds and ribs removed and cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 red onion, peeled and cut into thin rings
  • 1-1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1–1/2-inch nuggets or slices, floured and deep-fried
  • 1 cup BRIANNAS Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing

Directions:

  1. Arrange chicken on top of vegetables.
  2. Drizzle with BRIANNAS Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing; serve immediately.
