Strawberry Spinach Salad

Made with Blush Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1-12 oz. bottle BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles (BRIANNAS' Chef recommends: If you prefer, goat cheese can be substituted for the feta cheese).
  • 1 bag fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup almond slices
  • 1/2 pint sliced strawberries

Directions:

  1. Put spinach in salad bowl and toss in feta cheese, and strawberries.
  2. Drizzle 1/4 of a bottle of the Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing or more if you like.
  3. Garnish with almond slices.
  4. Serves 3-4.
