Summery Lemon Tarragon Chicken Salad

Made with Lively Lemon Tarragon

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup BRIANNAS Lively Lemon Tarragon Dressing
  • 5 cups chopped cooked chicken breast meat
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped fine
  • 4 green onions, chopped fine
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix the chicken, celery, and green onions together in a large bowl.
  2. With a whisk, stir in the Lemon Tarragon dressing, orange zest, and mayonnaise.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
