Complement a variety of lunch or dinner entrees with this black bean salad recipe. It features black beans and corn salsa, with the added zest of BRIANNAS Chipotle Ranch dressing.
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained
2 ears corn, roasted/grilled, cut from cob
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup cilantro
BRIANNAS Chipotle Ranch Dressing
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and toss with BRIANNAS Chipotle Ranch Dressing to taste.
Garnish with chopped avocado if desired.
Refrigerate overnight before serving. Makes a great side dish for grilled meats.
