When life gives you lemons, make this easy chicken salad recipe! Low fat tarragon chicken salad uses our tangy BRIANNAS Lively Lemon Tarragon dressing.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup BRIANNAS Lively Lemon Tarragon Dressing
5 cups chopped cooked chicken breast meat
1 celery stalk, chopped fine
4 green onions, chopped fine
2 teaspoons orange zest
1/4 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix the chicken, celery, and green onions together in a large bowl.
With a whisk, stir in the Lemon Tarragon dressing, orange zest, and mayonnaise.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
