Rich figs, tangy goat cheese, and sweet, golden honey create the perfect bite-sized treat. “Dressed to impress” with BRIANNAS Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing, these gluten-free, kosher stuffed figs are a classy and fun appetizer for any gathering.
12 fresh figs
Salt and pepper
4 oz soft goat cheese (for vegetarian, use cheese with a vegetarian rennet)
¼ cup honey
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
BRIANNAS Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing
Preheat oven to broil. Trim stems from figs. Cut an "X" in the top ⅓ of each fig.
Place figs on a sheet tray lined with parchment. If wobbly, shave a bit from the bottoms of each until they stand upright.
Place goat cheese in a piping bag, massaging until softened. Pipe cheese into each fig, dividing evenly between the 12.
Lightly brush figs with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and a generous amount of cracked black pepper.
Broil figs for 4 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
Remove figs from oven. Drizzle with honey and BRIANNAS Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing and serve!
