Kosher Stuffed Figs

Rich figs, tangy goat cheese, and sweet, golden honey create the perfect bite-sized treat. “Dressed to impress” with BRIANNAS Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing, these gluten-free, kosher stuffed figs are a classy and fun appetizer for any gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh figs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 oz soft goat cheese (for vegetarian, use cheese with a vegetarian rennet)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • BRIANNAS Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to broil. Trim stems from figs. Cut an "X" in the top ⅓ of each fig.
  2. Place figs on a sheet tray lined with parchment. If wobbly, shave a bit from the bottoms of each until they stand upright.
  3. Place goat cheese in a piping bag, massaging until softened. Pipe cheese into each fig, dividing evenly between the 12.
  4. Lightly brush figs with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and a generous amount of cracked black pepper.
  5. Broil figs for 4 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
  6. Remove figs from oven. Drizzle with honey and BRIANNAS Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing and serve!
