Ingredients:
1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
1 cup feta, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
15 oz can chickpeas
1 cup cucumber, diced
⅓ cup fresh mint, chopped
1 red onion, diced
Salt and pepper
1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and whole

Directions:
