Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 8 oz dry tri-color rotini
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced scallions
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoncini
  • ½ cup halved Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper
  • ½ cup mozzarella balls
  • ½ cup cubed salami
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ½ cup BRIANNAS Organic Real French Vinaigrette

Directions:

  1. Add pasta to a large pot of boiling, salted water and cook until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water until cooled, then drain again.
  2. Add the cooked pasta to a large bowl with the dressing and toss to combine. Add the tomatoes, scallions, pepperoncini, olives, bell pepper, basil, mozzarella, and salami and toss.
  3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to five days.
