Few things satisfy a hearty appetite like a cold roast beef sandwich. Try this roast beef sandwich recipe for an extra-delicious version of this perennial favorite, made with BRIANNAS Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade.
Ingredients:
1 ciabatta roll, sliced horizontally
3 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons pickled red onions
3 slices avocado
2 tbsp. of BRIANNAS Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade
1/4 cup of mayo
Directions:
Combine BRIANNAS Roasted Garlic Herb Marinade with mayo and spread half on the cut side of the roll bottom, then layer roast beef and cheddar cheese.
Top with pickled onions and avocado.
Spread the other half of the mayo mixture on cut side of roll top, place avocado on top and have yourself a picnic!
