  • (2) 15 oz cans chickpeas, reserving liquid
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup tahini
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • ¼ cup BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette

  1. Add chickpeas, ¼ cup reserved liquid, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to a high-powered blender, securing the lid.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth, tamping if needed. Add more chickpea liquid for a softer hummus.
  3. Add to a small serving bowl and garnish with paprika and fresh parsley.
  4. Top off with a generous pour of BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette. Enjoy!
