Ingredients:
(2) 15 oz cans chickpeas, reserving liquid
2 garlic cloves
½ cup tahini
1 tsp cumin
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp salt
2 lemons, juiced
¼ cup BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette
Directions:
Add chickpeas, ¼ cup reserved liquid, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt to a high-powered blender, securing the lid.
Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth, tamping if needed. Add more chickpea liquid for a softer hummus.
Add to a small serving bowl and garnish with paprika and fresh parsley.
