A light, zesty combination of fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green olives, mozzarella, and fusilli pasta tossed with BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette. This vibrant salad is perfect for picnics, potlucks, or easy weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
8 oz. fusilli pasta
6 oz. cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
¼ cup red onion, chopped
¼ cup green olives, sliced
8 oz. fresh mozzarella balls ("pearls")
¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn or thinly sliced
1 bottle of BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette
Directions:
Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green olives, mozzarella pearls, and fresh basil.
Drizzle with BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette and toss to combine.
Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
