Ingredients:
3 romaine hearts
3 tbsp olive oil (or olive oil spray)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Grated parmesan
3 lemons

Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high.
Cut romaine hearts in half lengthwise—be sure to leave the root end intact. Brush or spray with olive oil, and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper. Place them cut side down on your grill for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip, then grill another 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a serving tray or plates.
Brush halved lemons with olive oil and place them directly on grill (cut side down) for about 3 minutes, until charred.
