It’s not a BBQ without Cowboy Caviar! This cowboy caviar recipe make an easy bbq side dish, and even features BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette dressing.
Ingredients:
1 salad cucumber (diced to size of black eyed pea)
2 small tomatoes (diced to size of black eyed pea)
1/4 cup red onion (diced to size of black eyed pea)
1/2 cup fresh grilled corn (or 1-12 oz can crisp shoe peg corn)
1 16 oz. can rinsed and drained black-eyed peas
1/2 cup BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well. Best if prepared the day before and refrigerated until serving.
