Pea Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen green peas, almost totally thawed
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped
