BRIANNAS Organic Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Apple (Fuji or Honeycrisp recommended)
Chop, rinse, and dry kale.
Peel the apple, if desired, and chop.
Place the chopped kale in a large bowl with a lid. Pour half of the dressing over kale and place the lid on the bowl, then shake to toss.
Top the kale with the chopped apple, gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries, and almonds. Drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad and serve.
