Healthy Pasta Salad

This 5-ingredient healthy pasta salad is perfect for a dinner side or a fresh lunch! Finish off the creamy avocado, crunchy spinach and juicy tomatoes with BRIANNAS Champagne Vinaigrette for a flavor that pops.

COOK TIME: 15 minutes

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 box bow-tie pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¾ cup feta cheese
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • ½ bottle BRIANNAS Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large handfuls of baby spinach, chopped if desired

Directions:

  1. Cook bow-tie pasta and let chill in refrigerator.
  2. Slice tomatoes into quarters or halves.
  3. Dice avocado.
  4. Measure out feta cheese.
  5. Combine all ingredients.
  6. Add ½ bottle of BRIANNAS Champagne Vinaigrette.
  7. Mix ingredients together.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve chilled.
