Lin’s Baked Salmon

Recipes for baked salmon don’t get any more delicious than this one! Oven baked salmon filet is complemented by lemon, capers and BRIANNAS Champagne Vinaigrette dressing.

COOK TIME: 30 Minutes

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes


  • 1 salmon steak fillet, quartered
  • 2 tbsp. capers
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Dill to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Non-stick spray
  • 1 bottle of BRIANNAS Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing

  1. Place salmon fillet pieces on foil that has been coated with non-stick spray.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika and dill.
  3. On each piece of salmon put about ½ tbls capers, lemon juice to taste and 2-3 tbls of BRIANNAS Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing.
  4. Fold foil to envelope all and seal by curling the ends together.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Open the foil envelope and allow the top to broil for 3–4 minutes more.
  7. Enjoy your deliciously moist salmon!
