Roasted Balsamic Potatoes

These roasted balsamic potatoes are so simple and only require a few ingredients, so you'll enjoy making them as much as you will enjoy eating them!

  • 4-5 large potatoes
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 bottle BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing
  • Fresh parmesan
  • Finishing salt
  • Thyme

  1. Wash and cube your potatoes (keep the skins on, they add great flavor) and place in an 8x8 or 9x13 inch dish.
  2. Dice shallot and add the to the pan with potatoes.
  3. Add a heaping tablespoon of garlic.
  4. Evenly drizzle with BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing.
  5. Bake at 400° F for 45 minutes or until fork-tender and crispy.
  6. Plate then add fresh grated parmesan, thyme, and more dressing if desired.
