Saucy Ginger Tilapia Tacos

Here’s the best tilapia recipe for making tilapia fish tacos. Always a crowd-pleaser, these tilapia tacos are made even more delicious with BRIANNAS Rich Poppy Seed dressing!

  • 1 bottle of BRIANNAS Sriracha Honey Ginger Marinade
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
  • 4 (4-oz. each) tilapia fillets
  • 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas, warmed
  • 8 red lettuce leaves, top 6 inches only
  • 1/2 cup BRIANNAS Rich Poppy Seed Dressing, more if desired
  • 1 cup small, diced fresh pineapple
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced small
  • 1/4 cup packed mint leaves

  1. Pour BRIANNAS Sriracha Honey Ginger Marinade into a sealable plastic bag; add ginger and tilapia and seal top. Turn bag to coat evenly. Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, turning bag once
  2. Heat oven to 450. Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Drain fish and arrange in a single layer in dish. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until just opaque throughout. With spatula, break fillets into 1-inch strips.
  3. Top each tortilla with a lettuce leaf. Divide fish pieces evenly among tortillas; drizzle each with 1 tablespoon Rich Poppy Seed Dressing. Top with pineapple, carrots, avocado, mint leaves and additional Rich Poppy Seed Dressing if desired.
