Ingredients:
1 bottle of BRIANNAS Sriracha Honey Ginger Marinade
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
4 (4-oz. each) tilapia fillets
8 (6-inch) corn tortillas, warmed
8 red lettuce leaves, top 6 inches only
1/2 cup BRIANNAS Rich Poppy Seed Dressing, more if desired
1 cup small, diced fresh pineapple
3/4 cup finely shredded carrots
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced small
1/4 cup packed mint leaves
Directions:
Pour BRIANNAS Sriracha Honey Ginger Marinade into a sealable plastic bag; add ginger and tilapia and seal top. Turn bag to coat evenly. Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, turning bag once
