Ingredients:
1 cup BRIANNAS Sriracha Honey Ginger Marinade
3 diced garlic cloves
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp of the following: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 cup flour
Directions:
Mix the marinade with your melted butter, garlic, and brown sugar. Whisk and set aside.
Grab two mixing bowls. In one, add your flour and seasonings. In another, add buttermilk, seasonings, eggs, and a splash of marinade.
Slice your chicken breast into strips, season, and soak in your buttermilk mixture. This step is best overnight, but at least ten minutes will be ok.
Toss in seasoned flour and press firmly. Set on a wire rack until your grease is hot.
Deep fry on medium high heat until golden.
Once they're looking beautiful and crisp, coat with the sauce you created earlier, and serve.
