Wrap up everything you love about buffalo sauce, chicken, and blue cheese… literally! Flour tortillas serve as the perfect bed for juicy buffalo chicken, fresh lettuce, carrots, and cheese in this Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wrap.

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Buffalo Sauce (make ahead or purchase favorite bottled sauce)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuces, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup BRIANNAS Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken strips in oil. Drain oil and stir in hot sauce. Reduce heat and bring sauce to a simmer. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Place tortillas on a flat surface and spread with a thin layer of BRIANNAS Creamy Blue Cheese dressing. Layer with lettuce, shredded carrots, and cheese.
  3. Place chicken down the center of each tortilla and wrap tightly. Can be served warm or cold. Serve with a side of hot sauce or extra dressing.
