Need a meal that’s light and satisfying? Capture the flavors of spring with this delicious Spring Pasta recipe, loaded with fresh vegetables and topped with our delicious Avocado Oil Herb Vinaigrette.

PREP TIME: 15 minutes


  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • ½ white onion thinly sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, quartered
  • ½ bunch of asparagus, chopped
  • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup of Avocado Oil Herb Vinaigrette

  1. Bring large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a skillet over medium high heat, add onion and sauté for three minutes, then add zucchini and asparagus and sauté until vegetables begin to brown slightly. Remove from heat.
  3. Drain pasta and stir in vegetables including the chopped tomatoes.
  4. Toss with BRIANNAS Avocado Oil Herb Vinaigrette and enjoy!
