Asian Chicken Salad

SERVES: 6

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 3 roasted chicken breasts, shredded & chilled
  • 1 bottle BRIANNAS Organic Honey Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 pound package 3 Color Deli Coleslaw
  • 1 romaine heart, chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • 6 ounce package Chinese noodles

Directions:

  1. Spread almonds on foil or cookie sheet sprayed with natural olive oil spray.
  2. Toast under broiler, stirring once or twice, until browned.
  3. Remove to paper towel to cool.
  4. Toss Shredded chicken in ½ cup of BRIANNAS Organic Honey Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing and set aside.
  5. Toss coleslaw mix, romaine, and scallions in a large bowl.
  6. Add chicken, almonds, and noodles and toss gently.
  7. Add more BRIANNAS Organic Honey Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing to taste and serve immediately.
