Everything you love about the classic California roll – in a bowl! This sushi bowl recipe combines sticky white rice, crisp cucumber, creamy avocado, and hearty crab for a quick, light, and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cucumber, diced
1 avocado, diced
24 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped
1/8 cup black sesame seeds
6 tbsp BRIANNAS Organic Honey Ginger Vinaigrette
12 tbsp soy sauce
Notes:
Black sesame seeds can be difficult to find. You can purchase them online, or you can substitute white sesame seeds that are readily available.
Directions:
Prepare your white rice.
Place cooked rice in the bottom of your bowl.
Add diced cucumber, imitation crab, and avocado.
Top with sesame seeds, soy sauce, and a drizzle of BRIANNAS Organic Honey Ginger Vinaigrette. It is the perfect finishing touch to this sushi bowl!
