Caprese Salad Appetizer

Delicious flavors come together in this easy recipe for caprese salad! Creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and ripe tomatoes, topped with BRIANNAS Creamy Balsamic, creates the perfect appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package fresh mozzarella log
  • 15-20 fresh basil leaves
  • 3-4 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • BRIANNAS Creamy Balsamic Dressing
  • Fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt

Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes into ¼ inch slices.
  2. Slice mozzarella into ¼ inch slices, or simply pull apart if using pre-sliced mozzarella log.
  3. Wash and separate basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle or brush BRIANNAS Creamy Balsamic Dressing over top of tomatoes and cheese.
  5. Top with fresh pepper and sea salt.
