Ingredients:
4 cups of romaine
12 ounces of bacon
1 avocado, diced
1 can of corn
10 ounces of bowtie pasta
½ medium red onion
½ cup of cherry tomatoes
1 diced cucumber
BRIANNAS Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing
Directions:
Cook bacon until it’s how you like it.
Boil the pasta as per instructions on the box. Then drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Drain the can of corn. Optional: Roast on a baking sheet for 10 minutes at 400.
Add everything to a large bowl and toss with BRIANNAS Dijon Honey Mustard Dressing.
