These bites come together in less than half an hour, and make an extraordinary dinner for two. Ingredients:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle and Lime Marinade
To make the sauce, mix 1/2 cup of your BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle and Lime marinade, 1/3 cup mayo, soy sauce and sugar. Whisk and set in refrigerator.
Slice your veggies and also set aside in refrigerator.
Clean your salmon and pat dry. Cut into cubes. Add to a mixing bowl along with your seasonings, baking powder, and remaining 2 tablespoons of marinade. Mix well.
Air fry at 400 for 8-10 minutes, flipping when needed. OR oven bake at 350 for the same amount of time. End with a brief broil for crispness.
Toss with sauce, fresh veggies, and plate over rice. Squeeze with fresh lime just before serving.
