Jalapeño Popper Cheddar Burgers

Hearty turkey burgers are always a welcome sight on your lunch or dinner table – especially when they're jalapeño turkey burgers made with BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle Lime Marinade!

PREP TIME: 20 minutes



  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 jalapenos, deseeded and minced (to taste)
  • 1 bottle of Smoke Chipotle and Lime Marinade
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 6 hamburger buns (preferably sesame seed)
  • 3 tablespoons real mayonnaise
  • 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices lettuce
  • 6 slices red onion
  • 6 slices tomato

  1. Combine ground turkey, minced garlic, minced jalapeños, 1/3 cup of BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle Lime Marinade, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Mix until fully combined and then split into 6 even portions, forming into patties.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill patties about 5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  4. Combine 1/4 cup of BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle and Lime Marinade and mayo.
  5. Grill hamburger buns cut side down about 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Lightly spread mayonnaise mixture onto both top and bottom buns.
  7. Place a burger on each bun.
  8. Top with one slice each of cheddar cheese, lettuce, red onion, and tomato.
  9. Place top bun on each and serve immediately.
