Ingredients:
Burger Ingredients:
4 hamburger buns
soft butter (to spread on buns)
soft butter (to spread on buns)
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle and Lime Marinade
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese (can use Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese)
Sauce Ingredients:
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
3 tablespoons BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle and Lime Marinade
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef with ¼ cup of BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle and Lime Marinade. Mix until just combined.
Divide the beef mix into 4 portions and form them into ½” thick patties.
Preheat your grill to medium. Place the patties directly on the hot grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes and flip. Cook for 3 to 5 more minutes, applying the cheese slices the last minute so they can melt. The internal temperature of beef should be 160˚F.
Butter the insides of the hamburger buns, and place them buttered side down on the grill until toasted, about 1 minute.
To make the sauce, whisk together the plain yogurt with 3 tablespoons of BRIANNAS Smoked Chipotle and Lime Marinade.
Assemble! Top the buns with lettuce, then add burger patties, tomato slices, and avocado slices. Add sauce to the top buns, and serve immediately.
