Ingredients:
7 cups of Yukon Gold Potatoes, cubed
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ cup BRIANNAS Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
3 cups water
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional Toppings
shredded cheddar cheese
bacon bits
chives
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Add to slow cooker and sprinkle flour over the potatoes.
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, BRIANNAS Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and water. Stir gently to mix and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
Once the potatoes have softened, add the half-and-half and cheese, stirring gently.
Cook an additional 15 minutes until cheese melts.
Garnish with bacon bits, cheese and chives if desired.
