Impress your family or guests with homemade gyros made from this delicious wrap recipe. It uses both BRIANNAS Classic Buttermilk Ranch and Blush Wine Vinaigrette dressings for an extra-delicious gyro wrap.
1/2 cup BRIANNAS Classic Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup finely chopped, seeded cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried
1/3 cup BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
1 grilled chicken breast, shredded
1 cup thickly sliced strawberries
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
4 whole wheat tortillas
In bowl, combine BRIANNAS Classic Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, cucumber and dill; divide among 4 small dipping bowls and set aside.
In large bowl, toss BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing with chicken, strawberries, spinach, onions and feta.
Warm tortillas per package directions and divide filling among them.
Roll up stuffed tortillas; slice in half on the diagonal.
Serve with the buttermilk ranch tzatziki for dipping. Serves 4.
