Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Chips

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 2 tbsp BRIANNAS Organic Mango Vinaigrette
    • For Chips
    • 1 package flour tortillas (8 to 10)
    • ¼ cup of butter
    • ½ cup of sugar
    • 1 tbsp of cinnamon

  1. Brush tortillas with melted butter
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in bowl, and sprinkle on each side of the tortilla.
  3. Cut flour tortillas into triangles and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 until crisp.
  5. Serve with fruit and enjoy!
