Mango Habanero Cauliflower Wings

These mango habanero cauliflower wings are sure to put a kick in your snack lineup on game day! Customize to your taste by adjusting hot sauce and BRIANNAS Organic Mango Vinaigrette Dressing until you reach desired heat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small head cauliflower (increase batter and sauce quantities for large head)
  • ½ cup all-purpose gluten free flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup crispy gluten free or toasted breadcrumbs
    • Mango Habanero Sauce:
    • ¼ cup BRIANNAS Organic Mango Vinaigrette Dressing
    • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • ¼ cup habanero or any hot sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with silicone or greased foil.
  3. Using a knife, remove florets from cauliflower. Chop cauliflower into smaller pieces to resemble the size of wings.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk gluten free flour, almond milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make batter.
  5. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl next to the batter.
  6. Toss cauliflower in batter mixture one at a time, shaking off excess. Then, dredge in breadcrumbs to coat completely and place on baking sheet. Repeat until all wings are coated.
  7. Bake for 22 minutes.
  8. In the meantime, mix all sauce ingredients in a small pot over low heat. Heat for about 4 minutes until ingredients are melted and whisk for 30 seconds to combine. Remove from heat.
  9. Remove cauliflower wings from oven. Toss in sauce and use tongs to place back on baking sheet. Bake another 5 minutes to allow the sauce to soak into the wings.
  10. Remove from oven and eat immediately – enjoy!
