Kids and adults alike will love the fresh, fruity flavor of this Mango Strawberry Salsa served over hearty breaded chicken and corn tortillas.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1/3 onion
1 c strawberries
¼ c fresh cilantro
½ lime, juiced
1 mango, peeled
2 tbsp BRIANNAS Organic Mango Vinaigrette
Serve with:
Breaded chicken nuggets on corn tortillas

Directions:
Start by cutting and caramelizing your onions in 1 tsp butter.
Dice the strawberries and add them to the bowl.
Add caramelized onions to the strawberries.
Top with chopped cilantro.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime into the bowl.
Add diced mango and BRIANNAS Organic Mango Vinaigrette, then stir everything together.
