Mango Strawberry Salsa with Breaded Chicken Tacos

Kids and adults alike will love the fresh, fruity flavor of this mango strawberry salsa served over hearty breaded chicken and corn tortillas. Make this recipe gluten free by using gluten free chicken nuggets from your local store!

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ onion
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons BRIANNAS Organic Mango Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
    • Serve with:
    • Breaded chicken nuggets on corn tortillas
    • Tortilla chips

Directions:

  1. Cut onions and caramelize in butter.
  2. Add strawberries to bowl with caramelized onions.
  3. Top with chopped cilantro.
  4. Squeeze juice of ½ lime into the bowl.
