Made with Garlic Vinaigrette

Green Bean Salad

Protein, vitamin k, calcium, iron, potassium –the list goes on and on! This tangy Green Bean Salad is as healthy as it is flavorful!

COOK TIME: 20 minutes


  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 1 pound green beans (trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil, dill, parsley, chives)
  • 1/3 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of BRIANNAS Garlic Vinaigrette

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt (cook for 5-8 minutes or until tender)
  2. While beans cook, prepare a large bowl of ice water. Drain beans, then place drained beans into ice water for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain beans and lightly pat dry
  4. In a large serving bowl, add green beans, all prepared veggies, olives, garlic, fresh herbs, parmesan cheese, then. drizzle with BRIANNAS Garlic Vinaigrette
  5. Toss well to combine flavors!
