Protein, vitamin k, calcium, iron, potassium –the list goes on and on! This tangy Green Bean Salad is as healthy as it is flavorful!
Ingredients:
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 fresh garlic clove, minced
1 pound green beans (trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil, dill, parsley, chives)
1/3 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup of BRIANNAS Garlic Vinaigrette
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt (cook for 5-8 minutes or until tender)
While beans cook, prepare a large bowl of ice water. Drain beans, then place drained beans into ice water for 3 minutes.
Drain beans and lightly pat dry
In a large serving bowl, add green beans, all prepared veggies, olives, garlic, fresh herbs, parmesan cheese, then. drizzle with BRIANNAS Garlic Vinaigrette
