A delicious salad in 10 minutes? With crunchy veggies, fresh herbs, and of course, BRIANNAS Garlic Vinaigrette, this Shrimp Salad recipe is sure to be a go-to favorite.
Ingredients:
Chopped parsley & mint
1 pound of shrimp
1/4 cup of bread and butter or dill pickles
1/4 cup olives
Cucumber, celery, radish and onion medley (each to taste, chopped into small bits)
Directions:
Put shrimp in mixing bowl and rub in seasoning mixture of your choice - we recommend using sea salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red pepper flakes
On medium-high heat, warm oil or butter in a frying pan.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, flipping only once you reach the midway point, then transfer to dish
Add chopped vegetables, chopped mint, parsley, and pickles to bowl, then mix in cooked shrimp
Dress the salad with BRIANNAS Garlic Vinaigrette, then cover and refrigerate for about a half hour (before serving, gently mix the salad once more to redistribute the dressing)
