Creamy Cilantro Lime Coleslaw

There are lots of coleslaw recipes, but this cilantro lime slaw is something special. Tart and tangy, with the added flavor of BRIANNAS Creamy Cilantro Lime dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz.) bag Dole Classic Coleslaw
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup purple onion, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of BRIANNAS Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in large bowl (except for mayonnaise and dressing).
  2. Combine Hellman's Mayonnaise and Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour over ingredients and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
