corn tortillas, warmed
fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
salsa
medium size mango, peeled and diced
red onion, chopped
avocado, chopped
lime
medium size shrimp, shelled and deveined
fresh jalapeño, chopped
fresh cilantro, chopped
tomato, chopped

BRIANNAS Citrus Mediterranean Marinade
Marinate shrimp for 1 hour in 1 cup of Citrus Mediterranean Marinade. Drain and skewer. Place on each side the grill for 2 minutes, or until pink. Remove from grill and set aside.
In medium bowl mix the mango, jalapeño, onion, fresh cilantro, avocado, tomato, juice of 1/2 lime and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Creamy Cilantro Lime dressing. Add grilled shrimp. Toss gently.
Add salsa/shrimp mixture to each tortilla and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves. Drizzle additional Cilantro Lime dressing on top, if desired.
Makes 2 servings.
