BRIANNAS Avocado Oil Caesar Dressing
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and preheat your oven to 350°F.
Place the chickpeas on the baking sheet, toss with olive oil and salt, and bake until toasted (about 10 minutes).
On a generous platter, assemble your romaine. Dress lightly with dressing, then add radishes, and chickpeas.
Drizzle with more dressing. Top with cheese, chives and pine nuts.
