Directions

Step 1

Pour BRIANNAS Sriracha Honey Ginger Marinade into a sealable plastic bag; add ginger and tilapia and seal top. Turn bag to coat evenly. Marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes, turning bag once.

Step 2

Heat oven to 450. Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Drain fish and arrange in a single layer in dish. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until just opaque throughout. With spatula, break fillets into 1-inch strips.

Step 3

Top each tortilla with a lettuce leaf. Divide fish pieces evenly among tortillas; drizzle each with 1 tablespoon Rich Poppy Seed Dressing. Top with pineapple, carrots, avocado, mint leaves and additional Rich Poppy Seed Dressing if desired.
