Ingredients:
2 New York strip loin steaks, trimmed of excess fat
BRIANNAS Marinades Classic Steak
6 oz mushrooms, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup of softened butter
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp each of fresh thyme, rosemary, and oregano, finely chopped
Flaky salt and fresh ground pepper
Directions:
Lay your steaks in a glass dish with BRIANNAS Classic Steak Marinade for 30-40 minutes, reserve some marinade for finishing.
Mix the butter, garlic and herbs in a bowl and set aside.
Preheat your grill to medium-high to high (450-500), and place a large cast-iron skillet on the grill to heat through.
To the hot skillet, add the olive oil, a tablespoon of garlic butter, and your mushrooms. Stir to coat all the mushrooms. Be careful! Your pan will be super hot.
Season your steaks with salt and pepper, and put them on the grill when the mushrooms are just about done. Only turn the steaks once.
When the steaks are perfect and your mushrooms are ready, remove everything from the grill. Loosely foil your steaks and allow them to rest for 5 minutes.
