Fruited Bruschetta with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

1 ½ cups

3 tbsp.

⅓ cup

1 - 10.5 ounce

1 cup

1 tbsp.

1 - 12 ounce

sliced fresh strawberries

thinly sliced fresh basil

BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing

goat cheese log, softened

quartered yellow grape tomatoes

shallot, minced

French bread baguette

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

Stir together strawberries, grape tomatoes, minced shallot and BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing.

Step 3

Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Cut baguette in ½ ” slices.

Step 5

Spread bread with goat cheese.

Step 6

Place bread on a baking sheet, and bake 13-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Step 7

Remove from oven, and top with strawberry tomato mixture.

Step 8

Garnish with fresh basil.
