penne pasta
small zucchini, quartered
chopped tomatoes
white onion thinly sliced
asparagus, chopped
BRIANNAS Avocado Oil Herb Vinaigrette
Bring large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
In a skillet over medium high heat, add onion and sauté for three minutes, then add zucchini and asparagus and sauté until vegetables begin to brown slightly. Remove from heat.
Drain pasta and stir in vegetables including the chopped tomatoes.
Toss with BRIANNAS Avocado Oil Herb Vinaigrette and enjoy!
